Trick or Treat

Our little Eagle and Aaron Stone (Parker's new favorite Disney show). We made the eagle costume for Parker's first halloween. Halloween was a rainy, rainy night. Our neighborhood party was put off until next year thankfully but we did have a little parade and costume contest. Parker had a blast going door to door in the neighborhood with his best buds. Dad chased after him and I mean chase the first 10 to 20 houses. They are so excited that they just run from house to house. Carter was either crying or spitting up or both most of the time he was in costume. Once I got him home from the parade and changed, he was happy to help me pass out candy. After the big boys got home, we had a big pot of chili with some friends and watched "Haunted Mansion." It was a fun night. We gave away 150 pieces of candy and kept the other half... Crazy!

Lamb Family Party

On the 24th we had a family party at our house with my Brother, Aunts and Cousins. The kids had so much fun playing. I love seeing all of the kids together playing. The did great most of the time but the two oldest have a little trouble with who's going to be in charge. :) Graeham and Carter got to know each other! Here are some fun pics:

Girls first: Ella - what a cutie pie! She was shy when she first arrived!

McKinsey - Jennie's niece - what a sweet girl! We
so happy to have her here!
Carter - all smiles as usual

Graeham is a flirt - what a cutie!

Warren's very serious about those cars!

Annual fall trip to the pumpkin patch

We had such a great day! The weather was gorgeous although it was cold. We put on our warm jackets and got outside. John planned the outing and surprised us with Uncle Shucks corn maze. We had done it last year when the corn was dead and really had high hopes to get back there this year while it was green - success! It was packed but that made it more fun! Parker picked out a 16lb. pumpkin and he has big plans for carving it! We're going to need a strong knife! The stalk is about four inches around! Carter slept most of the trip but did open his eyes for a few photos.

It was such a blessing to be out with our family of four! It's been such a long wait to have two kids along with us on these outings! Although Carter isn't much of a playmate for Parker yet, Parker just seems to love having him with us all the time. Having Carter with us just seems to fill Parker's little heart!

In the Corn Maze

Parker made some friends who were rolling him around in this tire. He had a field day!! They also had a soy bean maze for the kids.

Our baby boy is three months old! He is just such a happy little guy. He smiles and kind of coos loudly with glee when you first walk up to him or get in the back seat with him. Yesterday, he was so fussy in the back seat alone and then Parker got in the car from school and Carter was so thrilled to see him! Carter loves to examine his hand, turning it in front of his face and opening and closing his fingers. He has started to sleep well on his back finally and sleeps from around 10:30 until 6:00. He really starts to sleep around 7:30 but we get him up to eat at 10. He's kind of a play toy for Parker at times. Parker gets right in his face and plays with baby toys with him. We all love having him in our family!

He's gotten creases :)

SO SO THANKFUL!

For two reasons! Thankful to have all five of these little boys together! The big boys have fun playing in the playroom for a short period and then they are off to play Wii! They love the Star Wars lego game (Parker could tell you very specifically what the name is). Uncle Greg came over and laid hardwood floors in our master bedroom and sitting room. He taught us how to do it also. John was able to finish up some corners and both closets! They look amazing and our bed is back in the room!! :) Later in the day, Jennie came over with the boys and we had some special time to just hang out and see the kids play!

We are so thankful that Uncle Greg came over to lay the floors in our bedroom! Greg spent the entire day and got the floors about 80% done. John finished them up and they look terrific! Later in the day, Jennie came over with the boys. We had some great time to hang out and enjoy watching the kids play! It is so fun to see them together!

Snuggles

Both of our boys are snugglers! Parker and I still snuggle up every night we can when he goes to bed. Now when Parker has a chance to lie on the couch or when he gets in bed at night, he says, "will you put Carter on my chest?" So sweet!
